We Need Volunteers!

Volunteer teachers (catechists) are the backbone of any program. They are the living Gospels that transmit faith to those they teach. We need volunteer catechists to come forward. Please pray and consider offering your time to this vital ministry.

You could teach as part of a team (ask your spouse or friend to be your teammate). Excellent resources are available, as well as help with lesson planning. We also need help with our Family Enrichment events, service projects, classroom activities and youth activities.

Volunteers are asked to participate in the Diocesan Creating a Safe Environment workshop prior to working with children. This training will be offered in our parishes. There is space on the Registration form to indicate your willingness to be of help. Thank you.
