Welcome to St Mary’s

St. Mary’s is a Catholic faith community situated in downtown Rochester. We value diversity, seeking to welcome all. Parishioners and staff serve our community and beyond in a wide variety of ministries. Our beautiful church provides a great site for our life-giving liturgies.

If you are a visitor to the area, you are most welcome to join us for our weekday liturgies or many concerts and other events. We would hope that the space we share, our prayer and music would lift the hearts of any traveler.

If you are looking for a Catholic Community to join, take a look at St Mary’s. As a community we put a strong emphasis on Social Ministry, partnering with many agencies in Rochester as we seek to do what we can to work with God in building the kingdom.

In order that all may continue to grow in faith we offer a Faith Formation program for children and adults in collaboration with our neighboring parishes of St Boniface and Blessed Sacrament. Blessed by our links with the Eastman School of music and a great choir, our liturgies offer a great environment for worship and praise. As you come on a Sunday take time to find answers to any questions you may have about the community by speaking with one of our greeters or a staff member.

Weekend parking is available on local streets, in our adjacent lot, as well as in the parking garage of our next door neighbors, Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
